Returns
US customers can return & exchange any item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. For a return label, just send us a note at shop@orsoshoes.com and we'll get one out to you. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a pre-paid return label.
Qualifications
- Orso shoes must be in new conditions, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by customers.
- Orso shoes must be returned will all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoes boxes and shoes bags.
- The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products without labels will not qualify for a refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping of the shoes back to you.
International returns & exchanges
To return or exchange an international order (incl. Hawaii, US Territories & Alaska) please shoot us a message at shop@orsoshoes.com. Return or exchange shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
Please note: Exclusive collaborations, limited releases and final sale products are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
Orso LLC will not be responsible for returns & exchanges lost in transit.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any fees, customs, shipping, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
